The transfer impedance in the CX3-RG11/7 is low - less than 0.2 mOhm/connector within the return path band (5 - 30 MHz). This is important for the screening efficiency for connectors used in return path applications. Design The CX3-RG11/7 features a moveable pin. The pin is protected in the body during transportation and is automatically pushed forward in place during insertion of the cable before compression. This ensures a proper installation. Corning Cabelcons one-piece connectors come with a free spinning nut - hex 14 mm (9/16 compatible) - for an easy and reliable installation. Type and stripping dimensions are stamped on the body for safe identification and measuring on location. All standard compression tools can be used. The stripping dimensions meet the standard preparation lenght 6.5 mm / 6.5 mm (1/4" / 1/4"). There is no need for additional sealing. The intelligent construction and the O-ring in the front part secure a watertight connection according to IPX8.
