Comrod AV19, 1.7 m (5.6 ft), VHF, 2 dBi, Ground to Air, dipole, end feed, mast mount 118-136 MHz The AV19 is a centre-fed coaxial half-wave dipole for the aeronautical communication band 118-136 MHz. The dipole element is embedded in polyurethane foam and enclosed in a fibreglass reinforced tube. A special construction gives AV19 a DC short to earth.
