Stock balances shown in the web shop for each article. Stock items are sent the next normal business day. If an article is temporarily sold out, it is very seldom more than one to two weeks in delivery time to our warehouse, and delivery time will be notified immediately.
Our prices can only be changed by circumstances outside of Cordland Marine AB control, for example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changes in VAT.
All prices include VAT at 25%. If the VAT were to change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
We reserve the right for any printing or typographical errors.
Social Security number
About your registration, we use your social security number to check your credit status and your address. The credit we make on you will not be recorded in any public records and is not visible to other companies or individuals.
Minimum order limit
The minimum order limit that we handle is 200 SEK.
Deliveries outside Sweden
Per agreement; either via payment in advance or card payment.
Packages not picked up
For all shipments that are not picked up, we will charge the customer a fee. The fee represents the actual cost of return shipping, handling and processing.
Do not send cash in advance
We are not responsible for cash, checks and stamps sent to us in letters.
Minors (under 18) must have parental consent to make an order to us.
Cordland Marine AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you as a customer supply to us. Your personal data is processed by Cordland Marine AB to administer your purchases and for marketing purposes. Cordland Marine AB is exempt from sanction for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to any exempting factor as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the performance of these obligations.
Majeure event, including acts or omissions by the authorities, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of significant size. The force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as decisions about warning labels and texts, product bans, etc., or an abnormal decline in the market.

Right of Withdrawal
No business is complete until you have received, tested and approved your goods. Therefore, you have 14 days cooling-off period on all distance ordered goods.
As a customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase, at no cost, if you do not agree to a new proposed delivery in case of delay.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you as a customer have a 14 day cooling-off period after you have received the goods. You have the right as a customer to open the packaging to verify that the product works. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if the item is out of stock. Cooling-off period does not apply to sealed computer software if the seal has been broken. The item must be returned in its original condition. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal the item must be sent back in its original packaging. The customer pays for return shipping.
Right to exchange / complaints / return
If you discover a product is faulty or you have received delivery of the wrong product, immediately contact Cordland Marine AB. See contact details below for instructions.
When we have received the goods from you and found that it is not damaged due to misuse or similar, it will be handled in accordance with Swedish Consumer laws. If it turns out that the product is faulty or that the wrong product was shipped to you, Cordland Marine AB will repay shipping cost and pay for return shipping after action. All packages are sent "Ex warehouse". If the package and/or the contents are damaged when you receive it you should report it to the person who delivers the goods immediately, on site. When replacing or returning a product you it is your risk during transportation of the goods. Always save the packing slip until the return is complete, this is where you will find your tracking number. This number is always used for complaints.
Swedish consumer law gives you the right to complain about a product within 3 years, if the goods were faulty at the time of delivery. Point out any defects within a reasonable time. In disputes that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes. As a member of Sweboat, we always follow their recommendations.
Return of larger items
When it comes to larger items you may need a return shipping label. If so, contact Cordland Marine AB. When exchanging, or returning items it is your risk during transportation of the goods. Always save the packing slip until the return is complete. It contains your return tracking number that is always used for any complaints on shipping.
Refund when you want to use your Right of Withdrawal
When we have received the goods from you and found that it is not damaged we will refund the amount you paid. Refund is made within 30 days.
Cash payments are refunded primarily through bank transfer.
All packages leaving Cordland Marine AB are "Ex Warehouse." If the package and/or the contents are damaged when you receive it, you should report it immediately to the person who delivers the goods.
DHL, Posten or by agreement.
Products covered by warranty are accompanied by warranty cards. This applies to warranty together with proof of payment. For you to get the right help if the product is broken, you must follow the instructions in the warranty card.
Swedish consumer law gives you the right to file a complaint on a product within 3 years, provided that the goods were faulty at the time of delivery. Point out any defects within a reasonable time. In disputes that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to Consumer Complaints Board. We will, as a member firm of Sweboat, always their recommendations.
The products we sell are in most cases communication products for professional use in international contexts where English is used. Manuals for these products are in English. Swedish manuals are available to individual consumer products if stated in the product description.
For any situation not covered herein, the provisions of the Swedish consumer law shall apply. This means that you have the right to complain about a product within three years, if the goods were faulty at the time of delivery. Point out any defects within a reasonable time. If there is a dispute that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you contact the Consumer Complaints Board. We always follow their recommendations. Prices are quoted ex warehouse. We normally deliver by DHL or by agreement.
We give 12 months’ warranty on new equipment. All transport about the repair or replacement of equipment is done at the purchaser's risk and expense.
In case of any warranty claims or other repairs, we wish a brief description of the defect and we leave a form to fill in and be enclosed product.
Shipping is at buyer's risk and expense. On your return within 10 days of invoice date a return fee will be charged at 10% of the value of the goods. Upon return within 10-40 days after the invoice date a return fee will be charged at 25% of the value of the goods. After 40 days, no returns are accepted. Items that are not kept in stock by us will not be credited. Returns can only be accepted if they are complete and in the original box.
Otherwise, general delivery conditions NL09 apply for equipment deliveries. These regulations are available on request. NL09 shows that delivered equipment remains property of the seller until it has been fully paid.
